Hourly billable rate with a “not to exceed” - this way, you won’t have any surprises. I will always discuss with you if we are approaching budgeted amount. I want your investment to go far.

In order to budget appropriately, the following can provide a general idea of your design investment:

$125 per hour design rate

• Introduction to Project - complimentary (30 minutes)

• Consultation - 3-8 hours

• Interior single room design - 10-15 hours

• Interior full house design - 40-50+ hours

• Exterior design - 15-20+ hours

• Architectural plans - 40+ hours
